Tarrah Lynn Taylor June 20, 1999 - September 16, 2025 Tarrah was born in Oregon and moved to San Jose, California when she was 11. She graduated from Mid-Peninsula High School in 2017 and was pursuing her vet tech credential. Tarrah possessed a unique gift for connecting with animals, intuitively understanding their needs and joys. From the age of 14, she poured her heart into working with them, lighting up her world and theirs. Above all, Tarrah loved her family: her moms, Marcy and Liz, and brother, Tristan; her aunt and uncle, Tina and Jason; her cousins, Landon and Luca; her grandmother, Anna; and her faithful main coon, Porter. Tarrah cherished her best friend, Jeannessa, a high school soulmate with whom she shared an unbreakable bond and mutual passion for animals. Often, Tarrah found great fun putting together jigsaw puzzles and building Lego creations, and during the holidays, she insisted on family game nights. She enjoyed walking through open houses to see how others designed their dream spaces, and she prioritized comfort with oversized sweatshirts, stretchy leggings, mismatched socks peeking from well-loved Vans, and a fluffy sherpa blanket cozily wrapped around her. Most of all, Tarrah enjoyed Filipino food during the holidays with her family and always requested calamansi juice and relleno (no raisins, please). We will miss Tarrah, but we know she now rests in heaven, enfolded in the loving arms of her dad, Ken; her grandparents, Larry, Carolyn, Harold, and Opal. And she is laughing and playing with her beloved pets: Ari, Leo, Zeb, and Berg—tails wagging and spirits soaring in eternal joy. In lieu of flowers, the family invites donations to Town Cats of Morgan Hill in Tarrah’s name, honoring the compassionate spirit that defined her.
