Theodore John Cosby12/15/1946 - 04/20/2013Resident of San JoseTed passed away suddenly to join the Lord after a long illness. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Parkinson's Institute in Sunnyvale or a charity of your choice. A Memorial service for Ted will be held at Chapel of Flowers on May 4th at 10 am.
