Tony Navarro, a cherished father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, passed away peacefully on May 22, 2026, leaving behind a legacy filled with love, laughter, and devotion. Born on October 11, 1941, Tony’s life was marked by his unwavering commitment to his family and his enduring spirit.
For 50 years, Tony dedicated himself as an operations technician at the Del Monte cannery, demonstrating a remarkable work ethic and pride in his profession. Beyond his career, he was a man who found joy in the simple pleasures of life. His love for baseball and football, especially cheering on the 49ers, brought him endless happiness. One of his favorite pastimes was visiting the casino, a place where his infectious humor and vibrant personality would shine. Equally special were the moments spent at his daughter Angela’s home, savoring her famous dinners that became treasured family traditions.
Tony was a man of humor and warmth, known for his great sense of humor and the ability to keep those around him smiling with his funny, always joking nature. Yet beneath the laughter was a deeply loving and caring heart. He delighted in making his famous money rolls, a heartfelt gesture that symbolized his generosity and affection for his family.
His proudest accomplishment was his family, which remains the heart of his enduring legacy. He is lovingly remembered by his two daughters, his son, seven grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren who carry forward his spirit and values.
Tony was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Lillian Navarro, whose memory he cherished always.
